We, over at Singular Thought (http://www.singularthought.com), are running an editorial contest in which you have a chance of winning this. See the following for what you have to do.
Event: Waves Editorial
Prize: 1 month subscription to Xanga Premium or 2 months subscription to Paid LJ Account
Deadline: August 21st
Outline: Write an editorial, as long or as short as you want, about anything. You guys have read magazines and newspapers before, you know what an editorial is like. Please try to make it thoughtful, instead of just random ramblings. Next month we'll be having themes for editorials, and it might be easier then.
