I am looking for a new (permanent?) host for my blog and a couple of other things that I used to host on my University server. After some research, it looks like funpic.org is one of the best hosting services out there, since it pretty much provides everything you could need, including unlimited/unmetered bandwidth and space, no ads, FTP access, PHP, MySQL, etc. The only downside is the 1 MB file limit...but given all the sites out there that allow you to upload and link to media files (video, audio, image, etc.), I don't think this will be that big of a limitation. Anyone have any experience with funpic.org? Or any other recommendations for a better service? Or any comments regarding funpic.org at all? Thanks!

This is not good free hosting, because many friends told me their accourt have been delete by funpic.org.I don't know the reason.Maybe they upload mp3 ,and use Larger bandwidth
So,I suggest you use orther free hosting .
www.clanshosting.com is good free hosting.

freehosting123.com is the best.
it gives:
150 MB Web Space
2.5 GB monthly Bandwidth
24/7 FTP Access
PHP Support enabled
CPanel Control Panel
No Ads on your site !
But it has a problem. It wants invitation for registration like gmail. I'm also finding freehosting123 user for invite me:)
if you find, please send a message to me:))

if a free host is offering unlimited space and bandwidth.. there is something absurd somewhere.. you can't even buy an unlimited space hard disk..forget about getting it for free
