As I m new to web development.

I need free spaces for all three tecnologies for making my personal site and testing codes etc.

ASP .NET
ASP
PHP

Please tell me the best hosts for the same

There is no "best" host, there is only the host that is best for you. (SWR-CL)

There are plenty of offers, do some research and maybe you will turn up some gold! :)

PHP shouldn't be a problem... All cpanel web hosts support PHP..

I tried a pay host but I dont know what I'm doing yet. I didnt even know you needed a ftp program until after I canceled my plan. I thought something was wrong with the hosting company.

i don't think you will find ASP including PHP in a hosting pack but you may get ASP, ASP.NET, VB etc. seperately PHP, CGI, PERL, MYSQL etc.

try to get a cheap hosting packages.. or mayb u could used some free host to learn the CPanel features...

there are cheap packages around although he would like to have windows hosting for asp , asp.net and others. I have seen one around and i think this is their link: http://1asphost.com/.
