Recently i had bad experiences on new free hosts, that just simple vanished form the face of the earth

So i need a host thart i can trust that will be here for a long time....

I need 100 or 200 MB file size.

Mre than 1GB bandw.

cpanel / fantastico. ( wordpress and 4images if avaiable )

Ads on Index only.

the possiblity to change for a a paid package ( with more disk and badw.), on the same host obviasly, later this year.
