NEED- phpbb Hosting Script ( php ) PLEASE help

Hey guys i need the following ( prefferably for phpbb2 ):

A script that allows users to create their own phpbb or phpbb2 forum , or IPB board -
And i would like if it had an admin area for me , the admin.


I saw that one, sorry forgot link, but it was approx. $55 US , and thats too much because i dont even know if im going to like it or not.


I can give free hosting on my non-shared dedicated server. Its my personal server ,so there is nothing but the BEST uptime.

Im trying to figure this out i havent event ried YET, but just incase, how do i add my ad on the top of their forums? what file do i edit? thanks!
