php problem need help?

Im trying to add a photo upload page to my site and keep getting this error. Is this a server issue or a problem with the script.

It's either a bug with your script, or your host has register globals turned off.(PHP preferred setting.)

It's a problem with your host, they haven't set the variable in the php.ini
