Rq: Ad-free, little space needed, PHP, MYSQL

I'm starting a forum with another person which should hopefully be fairly popular. All we need is PHP and MYSQL. We don't need much space and just a little bandwidth. Ad-free only please.

Also we don't really want to have to post in others' forums or anything like that.
