need a host, my servers gonna crash

hello people.. my name is tony (aka ozonew4m)

Im looking for a free host to host my site..

im currently hosting my site on my own home server but its a very old and slow machine and is starting to get hot when i leave it on for too long.

i need:

ftp access to upload my own forum (modified phpbb)
a mysql database (more than one if poss) with phpmyadmin access as i am always modifying the database

as much space as possible as i plan on designing a few themes for download
as much bandwidth as possible although i dont expect to use much to begin with

no adverts if poss or please allow me to place adverts somewhere they wont take over design

i will need to use my own domain name (a birthday present)but i use namecheap which has a redirect facility so no dns required.

I cannot offer any money to begin with as im totally brassic but i can offer my services as a programmer/designer and will also recommend any future clients i get to use your hosting..

can anybody help me?

We have FTP access...

1 MySQL database...

PhpMyAdmin... but if you're going to restore a phpBB database or something I would suggest using BigDump... we've been having problems with the restore tool on PhpMyAdmin. Other than that the PhpMyAdmin works great.

You can use your own domain as a redirect, we don't have any DNS services though for you, sorry...

We give 50mb of space currently.

No bandwidth limit. No filesize limit either... but very large files and download sites are not allowed. "A few themes" seems like it would be ok though. You can read the full tos here: http://f-jh.no-ip.org:81/index.php?p=terms

We do have ads. But you do get the customize them. You can pick from banner ad or popup; if you choose banner ad you can then pick the color. You can also suggest a custom color on our forums and we might add it to the list for your site.
