phpBB web host

Hello. I am new to all of this, and I am trying to get a phpBB forum. It say's i need a webhost, and I was wondering if you could tell me a free web host for the requirements needed. :( ..I am totally lost. Heres the requirements:

Installation of phpBB2 requires the following:

* A webserver or web hosting account running on any major Operating System
* A SQL database system, one of:
o MySQL (3.22 or higher)
o PostgreSQL 7.0.3 or higher (preferably 7.1.x or 7.2.x)
o MS SQL Server (7 or 2000) directly or via ODBC
o MS Access (2000 or XP) via ODBC
* PHP (4.0.3 and above) with support for the database you intend to use above

..Can anyone please help me? :)

I didnt think you needed a host for free phpbb. I thought it was all free.

You can always try a free web hosting company that offers cpanel and fantastico. Most fantastico installer will have option of installation of PHPBB, INVASION BOARD by single click.
