100MB webspace
1GB BW
300+ Kb/s
PHP enabled
MySQL (only one database)
non-english content
willing to advert by popup, rather not a banner but we can arrange that ;)

Someone willing to help me out?
It's for a personal website, non-commercial, with ca. 10-20 hits a day
The speed is for a quick forum, such as the database
