What I am looking for is:

100 Meg of disk space.

FTP access (24/7)

PHP 4.x Support (Full Support)

2 Databases (MySQL)

Webmail or pop/smtp mail

Bandwidth 5 - 10 GB/month.

Sub Domain (Needed for now)

And I will include on the forum a link back (text or button you choose...) to your company & I don’t mind if you put a banner ad on the site either (but No pop-ups)
