Well, the sign-up script and File Manager work perfectly. I'm still trying to figure out how to use FTP for uploading files . . . maybe FTP needs to be set-up manually. I'll check it again tomorrow.

I think it's dead. The FILE MANAGER went off-line last week, and now the user sites seem to be gone.
