I just wanted to ask how can i start my own service so people can come and create their communities from me..Like i got my site, and if people want to get free forum already installed on a free host they come to me and set up their boards..

you need to educate yourself more, learn some basic scripting languages maybe too (HTML, CCS, PHP)
