I need free webhosting.

Specifications:

PHP/MySQL Enabled/All scripts
100-200 MB
No Ads, but I can have a little button back to your site, saying "proudly hosted by"...
No Popups
NO CPANEL!!! I don't understand Cpanel, so a basic simple site manager like AtomicHosts (now currently shutdown for some reasons), would be good.No Fantastico either. Just a regular, simple site manager.
Browser uploading or FTP
One email account ***Optional***

most hosts use cPnael nowadays, it is good when you get used to it, just have a mess around with one.
