its a Hebrew phpbb forum (so it must support hebrew.... meaning not the "english only" rule most sites have)

i need at least 3 GB of BW a month (maybe 2.5 but not less)
at least 20 MB of DB (though limitless is great)

and full support of phpbb (my sql and stuff)
full access to the db (ftp or something)

btw.... not all the "have to post 20 msgs a month/to open an account" crap

the control panel is not working either, plus there is a problem with the incryption
my old server's mysql didnt even have the incryption option and it worked great
now when i do an INSERT, it ignores different langs and put ?????? just like the old one

ensure that our servers run the same versions as your old host. We run 4.4.2 for apache and mysql 4. I would double check as this is commonly a problem with host migration. As well, someone thought it would be funny to sign up 100 times within an hour, kids these days. So we had to remove all the accounts and disable cpanel for the last couple of hours while we fix this and we fix the sign up process.

no, i meant the phpbb control panel.... it doest work on your site

and its a simple INSERT actions....
even when i see hebrew in the DB, it doesnt show it in the site (rather ????? instead)

Ahh. That could easily be a phpbb2 problem, again are they the same version? We dont have much experience with forum software and my personal experience is i have yet to see phpbb2 forum migrations work. Is there any way you can download your old forum and your database from the old host and then i can help you via email installing your forum that way. That is how i work with phpbb2.
