You are not hosting english content or do not live in North America. That is our filter system, and it weeds out those who are not in our Accept Terms of Use areas.

I don't live in north america. But my site is english and will serve people in different territory. If you can't open account for me, that will be OK.

I do not understand what your site will do. That epoch site -- what am i looking at? And no. We require North American clients. Our advertisers do not pay for anything but that. Sorry.
