I have a new PHP content system called "e-Online", I'm the owner and designer, I want to have a site that with WHM or cPanel for it, at least 2GB sp and 20GB bw. I can put up a text link to link to your site.
If you can give me a WHM account, I will not use more than 2 GB space and 20GB bw (or you defined) you can check my account any time, and do anything as you like. And when the software open publicity, I can do the adversting.

Why do you need WHM if you are hosting one website? Won't cPanel be enough unless you are planning on hosting several websites?

For many reason, of course I'm not a space offerer or a collector, I want to make a Web-based Control Panel System called "c-Online Panel" that like cPanel. It will belong my PHP system, but I cannot study much about Linux System, I can only study through the Control System at the moment. WHM is the best.
Of course, cPanel is enough for me at the moment, but I really want to study something. So if you can give me WHM account is better. If you give me the account, I will not disturb any of your work or do anything to attack your system.
