I have no personal experience with any of those. But, it looks like a good list (from what I've heard about them). Not sure how you could go wrong with those choices.

I recommend using Liquidweb.com for your server needs. Those guys have powered the main server for my service for well over a year and I'm not looking to move any time soon. ;)
