I haven't seen anything like this. If you want to host php sites, then you won't find somethink like this. If you want only HTML pages, it will probably have very limited options and no subdomains support.

Are you using a control panel like cpanel or planning on the script to have it's own?

There is one called "MultiHoster". However I'm not sure if the script is still online.

multihoster is no longer alive. The new owner has left the site die can't download it anymore.
