Nah all you need is sign up...post...and once u posted 10 posts you contact them and they give you hosting even if you not reffered

i talked to other moders there.... basicly, it says " Sign up, post at least 25 posts minimum,Reffer one person who will post at least 10 posts, Get free hosting with advanced options,cpanel/whm....and also free banner if you are web hosting company" So they are willing be friendly ,and supportive community...i think its great idea and concept to start that's way...
