Default legal question
I understand some of you may not know much about legal issues of web hosting, some of you may, and i also understand this is not professional counseling - just a question for all of you experianced users...

If i no longer wish to host an account, and they have violated the terms of service, is it okay to delete their account? Thanks for your help

do you have it layed out in your TOS thats the possible concequences of a violation? It's a matter of if you have this action in your TOS as either a result from a violation, or you reserver the right at anytime to discontinue/terminate services with anyone.

As long as they had this information available to them before signing up you should be ok. if you don't have a set ot TOS or anything in it like this it's not worth there time to sue you or there energy as you see a lot of i will sue threads on forums and no one ever does.

This is only my opionion.

I agree with you and i do have a very detailed T.O.S. I just was not sure if the "internet" have any policies, kind of like cell phone companies have to honor your phone number as "your" property. Thanks for your tips.
