reliable free host needed :)

i've had my site on many free hosts, and i've watched them fall to the ground... but can anyone offer me free reliable hosting?

Here are my requests for a free host:
- 200+mb space
- 1+gb monthly badwidth (preferably unmetered)
- no adverts (unless they only have to appear on a links page or something)
- reliable - no (or next to none) downtime
- hotlinking allowed (i run a forum on a different host, which uses images from my site)
- individual file size limit 20mb or higher
- fast server
- FTP access
- php and mysql would be nice... but i'd probably never use it :)

any help would be great!
