Help finding a host!

I have been looking for hours and I would like to find a host that:
1. Is free
2. Supports PHP
3. Must have SMTP server access
4. No ads

I have found awardspace, but they dont have smtp.

Well, also it has to host already registered domains, and I would like 100 mb or so.
