Ok,i downloaded what i want my fourm to look like off Phpbb.com and know i dont know how to make it so people can post their.Can anyway help me?

First you have to download phpbb, the actual script, extract it then upload to your server. Now go to yoursite.com/directory-uploaded-to/install/install.php. Information from their explain how to set up. Then extract and upload the theme you downloaded into the templates folder. Now enter the phpbb admin and go to styles admin, select "add" beside the template you want to add. Now go to Configuration and select the theme.
