Default Manually adding clients in Cpanel/WHM
Hey all,

Gonna sound like a dunce but i'm stuck using WHM/Cpanel. I've just got it and was trying to see how accounts are added and where they go. I have cpanel and WHM access. What I tried was to add the user through WHM as a subdomain of my url. It made it find and i can access it through a browser but i can't seem to see it in my reseller cpanel/ftp where does it go?

Also is there anyway of getting cpanel to recognise that WHM has added a user as a subdomain?

If WHM created the account then you should be able to see it by going to "List Accounts", it's under "Account Information" on the left

For cPanel, you should be able to login to cPanel using the username and password you set up for the account you created.

Thanks but what about seeing all the accounts in my Reseller Cpanel/FTP. I only ask so when i need to check the clients to make sure they are legal its all in one place.

What do you mean seeing all accounts? I know you can see all user accounts in WHM but in cPanel you can manage all accounts by selecting individual users and going on to their account, at the top of your main cPanel account you should have " Manage another account:" where it'll have a drop down list of accounts, if not then I'd contact your reseller.

If you ever have further questions or querys if you look at the cpanel knowledge base on their web site it holds all items required to learn how to use it.
