I only need a few HTML pages

I already have several paid hosting websites and even more domains but for a friend of mine i need a host which can offer something like this:

Free
1 email acount (2 better)
FTP Upload
10 MB webspace
100 MB traffic
No Ads, popups, popunders, banners or textlinks (totally clean)
Own domain (no subdomain like mypage.domain.com)

PHP, CGI and upgrade (to paid hosting) possibilites are a plus.

I would be interested in having a visitcounter, contact form and maybe a guestbook on this website but it's not totally necessary.

Server speed is not so important but i would appreciate serious hosts with decent uptimes.

Hello, I'm a member of Post4Hosting, they have 1GB bandwidth and have 1 email account. You can upgrade your website with points from participating in the community. I have a website registered with them, you can find me there: JackyTintinHaddock. But you must have activity in the forum within 30 days, you can install phpBB forum directly from your control panel, and Invision Board too. They don't offer subdomains at the present, you must have a registered domain, and point the nameservers to them.
