This program was installed by my admin on our servers to protect ourselves, although I can't remember it off the head. Sorry.

Although you can go to rentacoder.com and hire someone to "Design script to remove 'suspicious' files" request, and I'm sure someone could do it easily for less then $50.

But the problem with this is it's a major cpu resource hog. Just imagine, it's gotta monitor everysingle file for every single user.

The way I do it is just search server wide via shell for files I wish to be removed.

The best way to do this would be upon upload time, e.g. the FTP server or uploader script checks for that filename. If it is a PHP uploader that handles the files I can give you a script to block that filename.... but....

I am curious as to what you want to block rapidleech for, and why, what's it doing? Could you post the source as well? Maybe you can tackle the problem another way.

For scripts like rapidleech and proxies block incoming requests on port 80 via your firewall. Be careful however not to block all web traffic!!
