Places To Advertise

I currently run a pretty successful free hosting company that has about 12,000 members. The only problem I am facing is that the majority of my accounts are non-US and non-UK. Does anyone have advice on where to advertise that might get me some US signups?

I believe what he is trying to say is that there is little profit in hosting for many Non US users because noone wants to pay for the advertising.

Actually I have 75% international users and I have a google eCPM of $1.50. So for banners that is a great deal of money, and I wouldn't change my advertising in fear of messing it up

Are you looking for free or paid advertising? Because 99% of banner networks (google, fastclick, etc.) let you geotarget. Free advertising is a little more complicated because you have to find a free advertising market that is mostly US.

$1.50?!?!? I get about .40, .50 at most!!!

Yeah, it is really weird. I was getting $0.20 a day. I took a small break and tried Clicksor. After Clicksor did even worse I went back to Google while I looked for another company. Then it suddenly skyrocked to $0.80 eCPM, and now is averaging $1.20, and gets as high as $2.00.

I have no clue why or how, but I am certainly not complaining

Just curious but what is your clickthrough rate (for Google)? Mine is appx. 0.7%
