Dear FWT Members,
I have recently launched another site (in BETA) http://www.liveconverse.net
LiveConverse provides real-time customer support and visitor communication directly on your site. With LiveConverse, you can truly provide human interaction to visitors by allowing you to close a sale, provide web-based live chat or simply any questions customers may have.
YOU ARE WELCOME TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BETA BY SIGNING UP FOR AN ACCOUNT (FREE). PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FREE SIGNUPS ARE THERE UNTIL THE BETA IS NOT FINISHED AND LATER ALL SIGNUPS WILL BE PAID.
HOWEVER, ALL FREE SIGNED UP ACCOUNTS WILL REMAIN FREE FOREVER.
ALWAYS NEED YOUR COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS AS THERE IS ALWAYS A ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT
Thanks

Title Bar:
LiveConverse : Remotely Hosted Live Chat Support Webmasters Sites
lol, that's a mouthfull isn't it :P
I must say it's certainly a terrific idea... - and if i ran a webhosting company (or anything that needs support) then i would certainly try your Beta...
However, some sites might not be all that comfortable with running their support on another website... so you may want to keep that in mind when you release the finished product.
Also, i would like to hope that you've considered the effects of downtime to such a service. I believe that it would be wise to set your servers up so that when one dies, the other one kicks in (in the final release of course http://freewebhostingtalk.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
And just keep in the back of your head: Security... This is the last thing you would want to have hacked for a professional business
I hope this has helped.. although it does kinda state the obvious...http://freewebhostingtalk.com/images/smilies/cool.gif

Thankyou for your tme you took to analyse the project.
As far as ensuring uptime is concerned, you are right. Ill try to make sure before taking it live.
one thing is that this is not only for live support, but also for live sales, etc. A LIVE CHAT SOLUTION
