1. No - We have forum support
2. No - I have a community of appx. 10 people (and me) who help out simply because that is what they love to do. They know just as much as any paid tech support member, plus they are free, and they do it because that is what they love doing. I think it is a perfect situation for me, for them, and for the free hosting users. Using this system I have gotten many compliments on our speedy forum responses!

With free hosting I believe free means less than paid, therefore no live support of any form, although forum help is good at although can take longer to get help other members can chip in and help the customer.

2. Do you have a technical support person dedicated to do the job ???

When I was running my old free web host, before selling, I personally supported the clients as else it would cost far to much from the start up, unless you want a partner.

I used to be the host owner (a business person who understands web hosting.)

4. Have any alternative to adsense worked for you ???

Do not use that kind of marketing, selling cpm or banners for a period generate a larger income.

When looking for advertisers we advertise the site including its traffic, we either sell it monthly, therefore the advertiser will have as many banner displays as the site has or sell the banners per cpm. This way we have complete management over our advertising.

Generally i just use the forums sig boxes to advertise, it generally brings in visitors
