I need free hosting with Cpanel that WONT GO DOWN!

Hey guys, I'm looking for some hosting to run a small hosting
* 500Mb Space
* 5Gb of Bandwidth/Month
- Unlimited Autoresponders
- Unlimited FTP
- Unlimited Emails
- Unlimited Subdomains
- Domain Hosting (I got my own domain!)
- Cpanel/Fantastico Autoinstaller
- Unlimited MYSQL Databases
- GOOD Uptime!

I probably won't even need all this space, but it's better to be safe than sorry. :)

It's just for a small personal site that me and my IRC friends will hang out on and post in the forums and stuff...

Edit: Afterhtought here.. Instant activation free webhosts with cPanel and good uptime are nonexistant. :rolleyes:

Because cPanel cost money and good, dedicated hosts will take the time to screen each application. You don't get accepted just because you applied.
