I had been using the service for two days before a hacker took advantage, and in these two days I have received the best support I have ever seen; the entire staff treated me like royalty, continually thanking me for every little action, from requesting support (which, I must say, they were overly enthusiastic about, a great feeling) to donating money amounting to less than a quarter (1/2 pound).
Unfortunately, a cruel person decided to destruct the lives of others, their entire websites were gone forever. Any other host would have said something along the lines of "we are sorry, please wait one week while we bring everything back." I would not have complained at such a gesture. But no, AHPlace had to be the best, again and again. Not only did the head admin stay up until late hours, skipping his own birthday party, he kept calm the entire time, which in turn reassured the users.
In closing, I would like to thank AHPlace for all they have provided for me. Posting is never a problem, the people here are great, the moderators and administrators are better. The hosting service is the best. I have no complaints whatsoever and wish AHPlace the best of luck in the future.
