I just signed up for an account. There is no cPanel, instead is LayeredPanel. Also there are Google Adsense advertising. Thank you, but, no.

That's sad. It's become another one of those copy/paste layeredpanel sites that claims the hostgator-affiliate program is actually their host, and that they have referred lots of customers there that have enjoyed it. Pity.
