I have over 1,000 clicks with ixwebhosting affiliate program, but not a single sale (this is over the past 5 days). Does it generally take a while for sales to start coming (since there is a 60 day cookie), and if so how long do you guys think I should wait before I scrap the whole CPA idea alltogether (since I've just wasted $100 in adsense revenue for these 500 ixwebhosting clicks).

Thanks!

i think cpc streams probably do bring better revenue, i too have sent over 2000 hits to some of these and nothing... or less than what it cost me.

^^ HostGator has always tracked better for me. I had HostGator affiliate ads on a site, and made quite a few sales.

Problem with HG and free hosts is that they lower the payout to $20 per sale. If all is good after about 2 month, you can contact them for a new cps.

HG has just suspended me for all the fradulent sites I brought them. I've decided to forget the whole thing and just go with Google.

Looks like to only keep the big ones, such as 5gbfree.com but then again, that free web host was recently sold at sitepoint .
