I'm considering partnering with someone to starting a free hosting company. I have:

1. Experience(worked with xoom.com from 2000-2001, and various other hosting companies)
2. The domain
3. Promotional Skills
4. A web hosting plan with unmetered bandwidth and unmetered space.
5. Design skills

I have a script in mind(to purchase), and am looking for a partner to provide:

1. Time
2. The Script - I have a full-featured script in mind, it is $149.
3. Programming experience(this is not a must, but would be nice)

I am very picky about this because I know that I can make this work, so please make sure you meet the qualifications. Thanks.
