St. Croix Computer Company is offering free Teamspeak (up to 20 people) free and also free Gaming Servers. They have servers for ton of games. And all you need is your own domain name and they will give you free hosting as well.

* must have a domain name to go with the free account

Gaming servers typically don't have domains...just IP addresses and a port...
