i was wondring does anyone know a free webhost that will allow a forum without going through changes on the server

Was I the host that was going through changes on their server? If so we are done with all of those changes. I will admit outfront that many forum scripts don't work on our server due to open_basedir, however IPB works, and YaBB is installable using our script installer.

If not, I hope you find the host you are looking for

A free host that allows the user to host a forum, and a site that isn't going through any server changes that would disrupt the OP's forum. I think that the OP is in fact referring to our site, as we have been making many changes a couple days ago (and yesterday) to allow Perl to work.
