Need 500mb and 10-20 gb BW - Urgent!

I need:

at least 500mb or more,
cpanel,
10-20 GB BW,
no post, no ads,
reliable, good site uptime,
no language restrictions
and hosting company will not close anytime...

I could contribute some to your forums and a 200x80 image link, but I just need a hosting account asap... I have fully established site.

*I'm also interested with free resellers... Hope we could cooperate. Thank you.
