at least :

3GB Space
20 GB Transfer
cPanel
FTP
Unlimited DB etc
NO ADS!

Ganesh Reo is the man for the job but others please offer

Question 1:

Why do you need 20 gb bandwidth? - your be lucky to get that amount for free without ad's

Question 2:

what you planning to do with unlimited databases? - no one needs unlimited database. Web hosting companies that run such a plan are clearly overselling and putting a strain on their servers.
