I'd like:
php (I basically just use the include function),
5 MB space,
1 gig bandwidth.
very little downtime.

This website will be a small homepage/blog/experiment/thing. There will not be any scripts or server intensive commands. I won't need cPanel, MySQL or anything else. Can anyone do this for free without minimum and monthly post requirements?
