I have decided to sell my Free Web Hosting provider. The domain is www.QuickFreeHost.com. This domain is currently a PR3. I started this about 7 months ago or so and there is steady people signing up each day, but there are currently no paid accounts through iPanel. I have the latest iPanel license for a lifetime. This will include free upgrades. I believe iPanel v3.1.2 is the current installed version. I am not exactly sure how it would work moving these accounts, but i am hosting around 730 accounts. I just don't have time anymore to deal with this or monitor spam or anything to that matter. I also don't have the server space that it is taking up. My hosting VPS currently only has a 25gb hard drive and im using about 20gb's of it. All these accounts are setup through iPanel/cPanel through certain hosting packages, so you may change EVERY user or each individual users account options through WHM.

I will post screen shots of last months cPanel statistics later today. Just to let everyone know our last months income was about $100 from Google Adsense. I have stopped using Google Adsense for the purpose of using it on other sites. I have tried other PPC companies but have not really messed with it a whole bunch. So the only income i have had from this site is Google Adsense, which on average is about $70-125 a month.

I am not selling the VPS with the Free Web Hosting company and users. That is why i am selling it. I need to get all the user accounts/domains off of this VPS.

So really we'd be losing all of your current customers? How is this any different then starting a new free hosting company from scratch?
Also where does your traffic come from?

I think he's implying that all the users and accounts are to be transferred from his VPS to your VPS/Server ;)

Considering you aren't giving us any proof of stats or income I see no reason not to give such a low bid. I still only know "about" how much you will earn. Furthermore 700 accounts is not that much. We are not purchasing based on the "effort" you put in, but the final product you have. I can spend $50 in total and get a site that has that many users within a week.

Basically you don't seem serious about selling this, and then you get mad when you get bids that aren't serious either. Give us some hard facts, a starting bid, a BIN. Give us detailed stats on your visitors, where your visitors come from, what countries they are from, actual stats on how many visitors you have, and how many you are getting per day. Show us a trend... are we buying a site that has been losing visitors dramatically? We have no clue if we are buying a site that *was* making about $100/mo, and got 700 accounts 3 months ago, but is now completely dead.

Sorry, i spoke with my brother and he wants me to wait before we sell this. I appologize. That is why i have not posted any stats yet. If we decide to sell it again i will let you know and post stats.

Based on the small bit of information you've provided in this thread, one can only surmise that the company is worth a very little amount of money.
