Upfront, thinking on something around 500$, but I'm moreover looking at the profits that the site can bring right away. If it is profitable and of a nice size I can go for more.

I will pay up to 6 months of adsense revenue that the site brings. If it is already profitable and does not require maintenance apart from answering customer tickets, I can value it more.
