Since the CEO decided to close down signups, and remove a large proportion (almost all) of the users I have been responsible for the management of CP-Free.

CP-Free began in late November, and in it's time it astounded people with its free quality hosting. CP-Free offered free hosting with 250MB Storage and 4000MB Transfer. In exchange they never asked for forum posting (apart from a forum signup forum...at one point) and they offered Live Chat Support for many hours each day.

CP-Free signups were last processed by a signup form intergrated into the MyBB forum. This form emailed the signup to an email address (signups@support.cp-free.com) from where an operator manually created the account.

Just before we ended signups we had started to offer a paid hosting service. I was surprised at the uptake, we had 4 users on this. This was offered at $1 for 1GB Storage. These users will be moving away from CP-Free.

Although CP-Free was never in profit, Bidvertiser and paid users made it very close. CP-Free never pushed to make a profit.

I am selling the whole site...including all the sources (tutorials etc), the domain and (the remaining) 34 users, who barely use 1GB between them. These users have been delighted with level of service from CP-Free, which is why they requested to keep their hosting. I wish to sell this to somebody who is genuinely interested in this project.
