Hosting for in-developement online game

I am looking for hosting for new online game. I prefer hosting in Europe, which allow hosting site in Czech language.
I need PHP + MySql, cPanel is good but it isn't condition.
I want about 1GB+ space, and 50GB+ B/W. Bandwidth will probably select my hosting.
In the beginning we won't tak much bandwidth but later.....maybe yes.

I could offer 1gb space now, and 50gb bw (if you will need more you could ask me, and I'll upgrade your account). But you will have to put 1 banner 88 x 31 in every page of your website.

Where is server located?
