Need to host a website for Gamers

Hi, Im a big gamer, and Ive been looking for a great website for games like doa3, and all I have found were websites forgames in general I want to host a website for gamers, and mostly about doa3. so it wont take up much memory. I would also like avatars to be an option in the free package, so people can import avatars from there computers at home. I would need a forum, and space enough to list button combos. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

Cause I live and die by the xbox. HAHAHA....And I love google and use it everyday, I in fact used it to find this forum so I could ask this question.
