I need someone to host my heavily MODDed forum

I'm looking for a free web host with these:
150+ MB of disk space (meaning when I need it please add some more, but I doubt I will need more than that)
5+ GB (meaning when I need it please add some more, but I doubt I will need more than that)
MySQL 4 (or Version 3, but I like Version 4 better)
PHP 4
phpMyAdmin
FTP access
I do not have a domain name, so you may just give me one subdomain
No Forced Ads
My own ads allowed
I just need someone to host my targeting more traffic forum, I don't want any exception like I cannot just have a forum or what, I just need someone to host my forum, that's all, as it's heavily MODDed, and I'm targeting about many visitors.
Any help is appreciated! :D :)

No offense but if you refuse to put up ads or anything what is the hoster getting out of this? Will you text link back to the host?
