MySQL for multiple users

Does anyone know of a good tutorial for hosting mysql db's. I currently offer free websites for and IT/Technology community and I would like to offer mysql and phpmyadmin to all my users.

No, It is installed. I need a tutorial for setting it up for multiple users and multi user phpMyAdmin so that everyone who uses my site can have a MySQL account.
