If you want to offer webhosting service, say you will need a reseller account/vps/dedicated server then a control panel like cPale/Plesk/DA...

Also need or require extra like FANTASTICO/RVskin etc...

Then a software like WHMCS (http://www.whmcs.com/clients/aff.php?aff=2861)/CE/MB and or a support desk like Kayako/CerberusWeb... to manage/gear your hosting service.
