I've started up LevelUpHost.com, an ad-free and forum posting free Web Hosting Service.

Now while it is new, I'm not new to the Free Web-Hosting Area. I've been providing free ad-free reliable webhosting for over a year, and still do.
Over a year ago I started NintendoHost.com, to host Nintendo Fan Sites with no ads, and it's still going strong.

Hello,
I can give " sunways.uni.cc " from your site but I have problems
with my site:
1 - when I go to sunways.uni.cc/cpanel it do not accept my Username and Password but from leveluphost.com/cpanel it is OK!
2 - I can upload my files from file manager ( leveluphost.com/cpanel )
but when I go to sunways.uni.cc site do not work!
Please help me.

Did you happen to go to the place that you registered your domain with and update the server information? As in:

Server IP:
Nameserver 1:
Nameserver 2:

You should have gotten that info, when you signed up.

If you didn't do that. It won't work. It can't produce, if it don't know where to look.

Yes, as ThePopulist said, you need to change your Nameservers/DNS to the ones I sent you. Have you?

Yes, I changed Nameservers/DNS.If you go to http://sunways.uni.cc you can see that it is working but site do not load!!!(I upload my files from file manager ( leveluphost.com/cpanel )
And you can check Nameservers/IPs of sunways.uni.cc in http://dnsreport.com
