FreeWebPlans.net is a free hosting solution new to the market, offering quick, reliable and speedy hosting to all of our clients. We have redundant DNS which does automatic backups, and will pick up the slack if any of our primary 4 servers drops at any moment.
We do NOT oversell our servers. We expect reliable service 24/7, and have set up redundancies ahead of time (with ticketing, e-mail, telephone and AIM support 24/7 to make sure you are 100% satisfied.)
We are currently hiring volunteer account managers, who will have access to WHM to create the accounts. PM me if interested.
We suggest you come give us a try ;) We currently offer domain AND subdomain hosting. You can get a free domain at http://dyndns.com, or http://uni.cc. Either one we support. You can also apply to get you.freewebplans.info or you.freenethost.info.

Update: We now host subdomain accounts. Come give us a go! As well, we are running a contest. The first person to 150 posts on our forum gets a free domain name of their choosing for one year, along with one year Gold Hosting on our dedicated server.
